The Gertrude and Clarence Mellinger Scholarship awards $1,250.00 per student, per year, for up to 4 years to continue the student\u2019s education in any institution of higher learning.<\/p>\n<p>Each applicant will be evaluated based on his or her academic record, financial need, extra- curricular activities, and community service.
